Barcelona Femeni named Women's Club of the Year

At the Ballon d’Or gala that was held yesterday, an award for the Women’s Club of the Year was given for the first time in the event’s history, and Barcelona Femeni were announced as the winners.

The Spanish and European champions received the award in recognition of their outstanding performances in the recently concluded 2022–2023 season. Barcelona Femeni won their eighth Liga F title, second Champions League title, and fourth Super Cup trophy.

President Joan Laporta, who was accompanied on stage by Jonatan Giraldez and Patri Guijarro, received the award and expressed his joy at the team’s success.
