Dutch midfielder Esmee Brugts debuted for Barcelona today in the Blaugrana’s first game of the season. Barcelona defeated Madrid CFF 2-0 in their first league game, and new signing Esmee Brugts played in that encounter.
The 20-year-old midfielder came on as a substitute for Aitana Bonmati in the 87th minute after Barcelona had already sealed their victory with a two-goal lead.

The Netherlands international was introduced rather late into the game, and with less than ten minutes played on the field, fans will have to wait to see the young midfielder in action.
