Marta Torrejon has scored four goals in 17 games for Barcelona this season, and the defender remains an integral part of the squad. Although the defender is recognized for playing at right back, she has often had to play a more central role in defense as injuries continue to plague the Barcelona backline. The 33-year-old is set for one more season with the Blaugrana, and her renewal with the club is good news for the dressing room and the fans at large.
